This is a fantastic neighborhood and what a beautiful house! This is rare to find such a reasonably priced rental in this area! I am sure this is going to go fast.
Let's hope. It's been a bit slow at the high end, but this home is really a nice one.
OMG that price seems phenomenal. SD is one of my favorite cities. Hmmmmm would I choose the view or close to the ocean. I always thought close to the ocean but I do have a car that I can drive to the beach ;)
Living at the beach in S.D. in my opinion, is not really worth it. Crime rates are higher in some areas and noise is an issue especially on week-ends. Unless you are in the really high end neighborhoods ($1 million+ and up) living a few miles inland is a more affordable and better quality lifestyle.
